Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any of our needs, making our anniversary celebration truly special. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Kings Cross station in a peaceful square. The dining options were a bit limited, but the overall experience was fantastic.
The hotel is in a convenient location, just 5 minutes from the station, with friendly staff. The rooms were modern and suited us well for our short stay, although slightly small. The service was outstanding, making special occasions memorable. The dining options could be improved, but overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
I found the hotel to be a lovely spot to hang out in, perfect for a mother and daughter in transit. The rooms were cozy, but I did notice a constant humming noise from the air con or machinery on the roof. The service was very professional and helpful, although a bit too inquisitive at times. The location was amazing, tucked away peacefully a couple of minutes from Kings Cross station. The dining experience was decent but felt a bit 'packaged'. Overall, a great stay with some minor inconveniences.
The hotel offers rooms of a high standard with a lovely private courtyard, but the entrance is a bit below expectations. The service is attentive and welcoming, including help with luggage and complimentary tea/coffee. The location is relaxing with fantastic decor, but dining options felt somewhat limited. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas to improve.
The hotel was absolutely excellent, despite the rainy weekend. The rooms, located up the stairs adjacent to our room at the top, were superb, and the service from Kings Cross Station was truly unhelpful. However, the attentive staff made our anniversary celebration amazing. The location, just a couple of minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station, was exceptional, offering a relaxing experience. The dining experience was great, matching the cost, and the facilities provided a fantastic stay overall.
The hotel staff was always trying to help in any way they could, but it was a challenge getting up the stairs. Unfortunately, there was a sewage smell in the bathrooms that was quite unpleasant.
